Intuition is a Sacred Gift, so Use It

Firstly, I would like to apologise if you received what seemed like a spam email from me last week. We are testing a new email system; an email went out in error.

Now on to the main topic...

When I start working with a coaching client, I often notice that they don’t trust their intuition. Or that their intuition is buried deep below a thicket of another narrative.

The work in coaching begins with revealing:

‘the unknown known’ - The wisdom and desire within that has been buried under doubt.

It is Albert Einstein who said :

"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, and the rational mind is a faithful servant"

Big question...

Are you honouring the faithful servant of your rational mind and forgetting the sacred gift that is your intuition?

What is intuition?

It’s the ability to understand or know something immediately without the need for conscious reasoning.

It’s often called our ‘gut feeling’

And why is it a gift?

Because it helps you understand things that pure logic and reasoning might not achieve.

When it comes to you personally and what you want, whenever you are in doubt about something, I really urge you to:

1) Stop

2) Pause

3) Allow some space for that intuition to come through.

What does it say?

What barriers have you placed in front of it?

In what way have you ignored your intuition?

What has happened as a result?

What happens if you listen and act upon it?

What happens if you use it as a trusted source of wisdom?

I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone say, ‘I ignored my gut feeling and I’m glad I did’.

Normally it’s the other way around.

My desire is for you to Be Fearlessly YOU

That starts with listening to what you are telling yourself is right for you.

So this week, I urge you to listen deep to your intuition and act upon it.
